You can do more than you think with a You Tube Video to Promote your local business in Dublin

You have made a video for You Tube…..What You really want is for people to ACT…… in other words for example if your local business is a coffee shop you want to remind existing customers to visit your coffee and buy your coffee, cakes etc…..and hopefully to reach new customers !

Now the more your video DIRECTS customers/ new or existing…… to do this…. all the better for your business.

 You can do more with your video than you might realise ???

 Here are some examples:

1.What if you could add a direct link for people to go and join your Facebook business page and receive your weekly special offers and updates.

 2. A map that can be linked directly to the video for your You Tube visitors to see where your business is located.

 3. What if you asked them to subscribe to your email list , so when they leave You Tube you can keep them up to date with offers .events etc for your business by email.

 4 With a details button you have another opportunity to tell them more about the video and your business. On the details button you can add a link to your sites, social media profiles…… Facebook Business Page , and Twitter . Your email and telephone number and address. To make it easy for people to find you and your business online and offline.

 5. Why are you making this video and what are you trying to achieve with this video. What is the main goal of this particular video. Is it to go to your premises or join your Facebook Business Page for example.

 6. In my particular case in the video below it was to ask people to subscribe to my email to keep you tube visitors updated with my services, offers etc. Every business is different but you should  have a clear focus on WHAT YOU WANT your You Tube visitors to do after watching your video.

 7. In my video I have the subscribe button displayed in the top right corner for the whole video and also on the right side of the video. At the end of the video there is a form that they can give  their details for my email updates.

 8. In my video I also displayed my Tweets and I got all these features for FREE but you can get extra features for an extra charge like a coupon button, eBay, Skype and other premium features.

 9. Lastly with all these extra features , you can share your video on Facebook , Twitter , your social sites and even email it to customers or potential customers. Of course you can add it to your site as well.
